What we store

Your email address (your account), your delivery addresses, your orders (which campaign, which products, the amounts), your language preference, and whether you asked for marketing email. Card and bank details never reach us: payment runs entirely through Stripe, our payment provider.

What we use it for

To run the group buys you join: taking your order, charging it when a campaign reaches its goal, delivering it, and emailing you about those events (login codes, receipts, order updates). We build no profiles and run no advertising; marketing email goes only to people who asked for it.

Marketing email

Only if you ask for it. You can opt in through the box at the bottom of the site or the checkbox when you join a campaign, and in no other way — buying something never puts you on the list. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw at any time without giving a reason. Email about your own orders is separate and keeps coming: the legal basis for marketing is your consent, and for order email it is our contract with you.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments. Our servers are hosted in the EU. When a campaign ships, your delivery address goes to the party fulfilling the order. We never sell personal data.

Cookies

One cookie, and it is purely functional: it keeps you logged in. There are no tracking or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have an account. Records of orders and payments are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you: email info@fruggals.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data-protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
